Imagine a service free of unnecessary paperwork, with visible acceleration and streamlining of individual service processes and satisfied clients and service technicians, who have a complete overview of the tasks just performed. An application that intuitively records all work done, which then sends the customer a service report via e-mail and displays all this information immediately and intuitively in the ERP system.
Our sophisticated B2A Service software provides all of this – an application for digital solutions to recording service actions and activities!
The application fully replaces paper documentation, reports the work intuitively using iPads, including photo documentation, to the ERP and is managed in an on-line mode. It most often communicates with the ERP system via Wi-Fi using local or external infrastructure.
The application is methodically divided into 3 interconnected areas (i.e. work queue, activity records and warehouse level), which can be customized according to the requirements and wishes of our individual clients.
This digital solution application for warehouse records leads to the speeding up and streamlining of all record-keeping activities in the process of warehouse operations.
It replaces paperwork and work with two-line readers by means of the intuitive user interface of the iPad mobile application, with an emphasis placed on time savings and user-friendliness.
This software solution is suitable for users of all ages and technical abilities in normal operations.
With just a few clicks, you can create receipts and expense documents, get an overview of the immediate stock level, convert individual stock items or change their location and quantity levels.
We work with bar code technology using both 1D and 2D specifications for inventory records. These codes are read by the iPad’s internal camera.
The result is the simple and efficient creation of stock records, inventory taking or any other stock administration.
It started on the railway, where we found a common language for the drivers, dispatchers, economic and administrative staff, and last but not least, the customers themselves.
Everything is very intuitive and efficient. The application is very easy to use via the iPad and all necessary information is reflected on the web accordingly. During the development phase, emphasis was placed on simplicity, ease of use and scalability with any other functions.
And because for us the word impossible does not exist, we decided to take our experience in transport to the next level – into air and freight transport!

Human is naturally averse to any news or changes. That’s the reason why we try to provide the tools which are natural to every customer. Tools which they know from their everyday life. We can solve a lot of problems in the area of efficiency, quality or on-time delivery by using modern technologies such as telephones or tablets are. Our solution is mainly in simple tools that streamline daily activities. We have brought innovations and solutions (not only) to the industrial sector.
Technologies eliminate unnecessary or excess work that is not productive for the company. But most people don’t like changes. That is why we use a concept of “The Seven Brave”. It means that in the companies where our solution was implemented, we selected 7 users (employees) who had the opportunity to test the application in operation. In the finals, after a week, the remaining workers came to see us and suddenly wanted to use the tablets as well. These are real examples from practice, proof instead of promises! Experience from abroad speaks for itself – installed applications on iPads or iPhones allow hospitals to work more efficiently. That’s why we’ve taken proactive steps in this area – in collaboration with iStyle, an Apple Authorized Reseller. The first step is the delivery of iPads with the relevant medical applications to selected czech hospitals. We want to get closer to the possibilities and quality of foreign healthcare. So the paper documents will disappear from the hands of czech doctors and nurses in the near future and more efficient iPads will appear as a natural tool among people in medical field.
„For example, a situation where a doctor scans a barcode on a patient’s bracelet during a visit and he can immediately see all necessary information on the tablet. Nurses, on the other hand, have a tool for safer and more infallible administration of the right medicines to patients,“ explains Petr Kubíček, CEO of B2A.
iPads can also be used by patients. They can monitor their own health thanks to special applications. The patient is directly involved in his own treatment and rehabilitation with his attending doctor. Thus, he can be kept informed throughout his hospital stay. In addition to this, during unexpected events such as the current coronavirus epidemic, patient can be in touch with his family by using iPad. The proof is the current personal experience of several coronavirus patients to whom iStyle supplied iPads for this purpose.
“Both iStyle and Apple see healthcare as one of the most important industries where we can operate. Thanks to the experience we have gained in other fields, we can naturally help doctors, nurses and patients. This seems to be the right sector for applying the added value of our facilities in conjunction with the application for medical staff. According to foreign experience, which is clearly documented from the USA and Great Britain, we perceive a positive impact on health care. It’s meant as savings of time and improving patient care,” adds to the topic Matyáš Rezek, Sales Manager iStyle.
It is a well-known fact that czech hospitals don’t use sufficiently modern applications or software intended directly for healthcare. Many hospitals themselves are reluctant to do so. They are afraid of losing the direct relationship between doctor and patient. But the opposite is true. Tablets perform the same function as the paper documents, only in quicker and more effective way. There is a question if a current situation of coronavirus pandemic will help to hospitals to change an opinion. We definitely hope – yes!
„It is also about of a certain computer proficiency. Maybe people in hospitals are afraid that they won’t understand the applications, they will be difficult for them. But the experiences are totally different. There is nothing simplier and more user-friendly than holding a touch tablet in your hand and clearly searching, entering or dictating the necessary data,“ says Petr Kubíček.
Employees don’t take a step in the household without a tablet or smartphone however they use automically paper and a pencil when they come to work. It is as if in an instant they have fallen from the era of digital trick movies to the time of silent grotesque. Many developers describe a situation in czech manufacturing companies just this way.
An example of using custom-built software that has saved millions is Ray Service, a manufacturer of wiring harnesses and electromechanical assemblies. “The initial investment of six million returned to us in 21 months, with one hundred people in production,“ says Rostislav Očadlík, facility manager of company. “We have drastically reduced the so-called reactive power in particular. Everyone in production now saves 30 minutes of work a day,” he adds. “We have no longer to print production specifications and don’t write any data on paper. The records run according to pre-prepared protocols in tablets, by the speedy click on the screen.”
Many representatives of companies from the manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors were personally inspected the operation of Ray Service. Others attended lectures leaded by Mr. Očadlík who repeatedly presented the benefits of digitization in operation and presented facts and real numbers as a reality. However the vast majority of companies give up in advance when they see how much extra work it entails and how lengthy and complex is a process of digitization. However long-term success cannot be achieved with this approach. „We try to develop a software for every company by individually way. Companies will gain incredible and unsuspected added value by digitization,” Petr Kubíček is convinced, CEO in B2A.
Our other clients underwent a similar transformation as Ray Service. For example UCT Fluid Delivery Solutions from Liberec. The branch of an American corporation based in Silicon Valley which streamlined production thanks to the immediate data collection from tablets. Or other companies as LokoTrain or Kovocité who have more efficient businesses thanks to tablets and custom softwares.
Involvement of digital technology in seemingly simple operations in production. This is a right direction in which companies with innovative mindsets should go in order to gain not only the turnover but also profits in the long run. Savings thanks to digitization are the solution what companies often do not even dream of. And an important essence of the whole digitization process is the emphasis on the naturalness of use and the simplicity of connecting software and hardware. That means phones and tablets which employees know intimately from everyday life.
Saving means efficiency! The digitalization of production is becoming more and more important topic. Many companies have invested in automation and improvement of their production processes due to coronavirus restrictions in the manufacturing industry. This is partly because the human factor is often more mistaken.
This is also confirmed by Spoluworks. One of our important customers. The company is engaged in the production of machined components for the aerospace industry and healthcare. And now, thanks to the digitization of processes, the quality department handles the previously standard 24-hour operation in just 60 minutes! And that’s really a big saving!
“The benefits of digitizing our production are very interesting. Increased customer confidence in our supplier reliability. For example, when some customers in the aerospace industry didn’t require otherwise mandatory certification of production processes at the beginning of the cooperation. And in addition to the significantly increased interest of talented people in working in our company,” adds Ota Horák, CEO of SpoluWorks.
The suspension of companies at the beginning of a pandemic has given many of them the opportunity to modernize their businesses. Alternatively, start the digitization process. As a result, many companies will avoid further possible restrictions in connection with Covid-19.
“We are currently finishing the testing phase of the workshop management system in cooperation with B2A. We simply defined the goal = the master sitting at home in a chair with an iPad must have all the necessary up-to-date information from the factory. And displayed so that he can flexibly respond to the current situation in production in real time. For example, to change work assignments for workshop collaborators,” adds Ota Horák.
