Imagine a service free of unnecessary paperwork, with visible acceleration and streamlining of individual service processes and satisfied clients and service technicians, who have a complete overview of the tasks just performed. An application that intuitively records all work done, which then sends the customer a service report via e-mail and displays all this information immediately and intuitively in the ERP system.
Our sophisticated B2A Service software provides all of this – an application for digital solutions to recording service actions and activities!
The application fully replaces paper documentation, reports the work intuitively using iPads, including photo documentation, to the ERP and is managed in an on-line mode. It most often communicates with the ERP system via Wi-Fi using local or external infrastructure.
The application is methodically divided into 3 interconnected areas (i.e. work queue, activity records and warehouse level), which can be customized according to the requirements and wishes of our individual clients.
This digital solution application for warehouse records leads to the speeding up and streamlining of all record-keeping activities in the process of warehouse operations.
It replaces paperwork and work with two-line readers by means of the intuitive user interface of the iPad mobile application, with an emphasis placed on time savings and user-friendliness.
This software solution is suitable for users of all ages and technical abilities in normal operations.
With just a few clicks, you can create receipts and expense documents, get an overview of the immediate stock level, convert individual stock items or change their location and quantity levels.
We work with bar code technology using both 1D and 2D specifications for inventory records. These codes are read by the iPad’s internal camera.
The result is the simple and efficient creation of stock records, inventory taking or any other stock administration.
It started on the railway, where we found a common language for the drivers, dispatchers, economic and administrative staff, and last but not least, the customers themselves.
Everything is very intuitive and efficient. The application is very easy to use via the iPad and all necessary information is reflected on the web accordingly. During the development phase, emphasis was placed on simplicity, ease of use and scalability with any other functions.
And because for us the word impossible does not exist, we decided to take our experience in transport to the next level – into air and freight transport!
Thanks to the B2A aviation solution, millions of passengers can feel safer by streamlining and simplifying communications between pilots and dispatchers. The pilot can easily report airworthiness, report the beginning and end of the service, record important documents and much more.

Communicate by using simple text messages visible only to authorized users. Furthermore, each conversation is linked to the ERP system and all the necessary functions this entails (orders, offers, production orders, etc.).

Virtual reality is a powerful concept. But does it have utilization in the real world?

We again exhibit at Internation Engineering Fair in Brno, which is held from 7th to 11th of October 2019 in the Brno Exhibition Centre.

Digital Factory is the main theme of this year’s trade fair. The solutions focused on digital future will be presented at individual expositions in the area of all halls. This year however for the first time will be presented a special exposition called “Digital factory 2.0” where visitors can get not only important informations but also a real experiences from industrial manufacturing of the future!
The Digital Factory 2.0 exhibition will also include the so-called “Digital Trail” – an educational trail that will show to visitors the digitization of various manufacturing processes. The companies will present their unique products which are involved in the process digitization here.

B2A Virtual Coach is a special training program designed to train workers in manufacturing companies in the field of work safety, assembly, maintenance or machine operation. It is a character set in a 3D environment that guides the employee through any customized operation for the company.
